Course Offerings:

1. Introduction to Ceramics Course:
This beginner-level course is perfect for those new to ceramics. You will learn essential hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques, as well as an introduction to clay preparation, basic sculpting, and glazing. By the end of the course, you’ll have created several finished pieces that reflect your personal creativity and style.
Duration: 6 weeks, 2 sessions per week

Class Size: Limited to 10 participants
Price: $300 for the full course

2. Advanced Wheel-Throwing & Sculpting Course:
Ideal for intermediate and advanced students, this course focuses on refining your wheel-throwing skills, exploring complex forms, and introducing advanced sculptural techniques. You will experiment with creating large pieces, lidded containers, and sculptural works that push your artistic boundaries. Advanced glazing and finishing techniques are also covered.
Duration: 8 weeks, 2 sessions per week

3. Glaze Chemistry & Surface Design Course:
This specialized course is designed for students interested in deepening their knowledge of glazing techniques. You’ll learn about glaze composition, mixing your own glazes, and experimenting with different surface textures and finishes. We’ll also cover advanced glazing techniques such as resist, sgraffito, and slip trailing.
Duration: 5 weeks, 1 session per week

4. Ceramic Sculpture & Art Course:
In this artistic course, students focus on hand-building techniques used to create large ceramic sculptures. You will explore various styles of sculptural expression, learn to work with complex forms, and experiment with non-traditional textures and glazes to bring your artistic vision to life.
Duration: 8 weeks, 2 sessions per week

Course Structure:

• Hands-on Learning: Each course offers a balance of practical work and theoretical learning. Students will spend the majority of their time working directly with clay, gaining skills through hands-on experience.
• Expert Instruction: All courses are taught by experienced ceramic artists who provide detailed instruction, demonstrations, and one-on-one guidance to help students progress at their own pace.
• Creative Exploration: We encourage creative freedom, allowing students to explore their own ideas while gaining proficiency in techniques.
• Small Class Sizes: Our classes are intentionally kept small to ensure that each participant receives individual attention and support throughout the course.

Additional Information:

• Materials & Tools: All materials such as clay, tools, and glazes are provided. Firing services are included as part of the course fee.
• Studio Access: Students enrolled in our courses will also have access to open studio hours to work on their projects independently outside of class time.
• Completion & Exhibition: At the end of each course, students will have the opportunity to participate in a group exhibition to showcase their work.
